There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. No breeding will be allowed till the dog/bitch has completed health testing. The following are tests that we require prior to any breeding echocardiogram, and Thyroid. All tests results must be completed at the appropriate age and within normal range for breeding. We must be given a copy of all test results from your vet. Brucellosis test must be done prior to any breeding for either sex. We, Clover Castle Boxers reserve the right to say no to any breeding we do not approve of. We must be consulted for approval to any breeding prior to doing so unless other wise agreed to in writing.

**Pet Puppies will be sold on LIMITED registration and must be spayed / neutered by the age of six months, unless the buyer and seller agree prior to taking puppy home to a later date/time for this procedure. Pet puppies will be $700.00.

**All White Puppies will be sold as pet ONLY on limited registration and mandatory spay/neuter contracts. ($600.00)

**Spay/neuter contracts must be done no later than 6 months of age.

**Breeder contract: Clover Castle Boxers will stay on as co owner til said Boxer has met all requirements for health testing prior to breeding. Copies of all health tests must be sent to Clover Castle Boxers showing that they have been completed before co-ownership is removed. All health tests must be completed prior to breeding the Boxer dog/bitch.

**All Boxers dogs (males) must be 18 months of age prior to any breeding.

**The Boxer bitch must be no less than 2 years (24 months) of age before any breeding is done.

If any breeding is done before the age of 2 yrs. with this Boxer (bitch) and health tests are not completed prior to any breeding this contract is null and void.
If any breeding is done prior to the age of 18 months with this Boxer dog and health tests are not completed prior to breeding this contract is null and void.

**We then reserve the right to take the Boxer (dog/bitch) back without any monies exchanged or given to the buyer if the contract is not abided by the buyer.

Puppy / Adult Contract
During the initial exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to be at poor health risk or detect any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care (other than required vaccinations, de worming, and or treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external) you MUST contact us within 24 hours. A diagnosis of Coccidiosis, Giarrdia, parasites, kennel cough or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy. Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona Virus after the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder. Please remember that the first puppy shot does not give immunity to any of the canine virus. The shot does not protect them against the virus until they have had a completed series of three shots, three weeks apart. After the final shot precautions must still be taken for 3 weeks to prevent them from contacting the Parvo virus. Even better, taking precautions for the 1st 2 years is advised due to dogs still being susceptible to the Parvo virus.

Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, deworming, and heart worm treatment. Clover Castle Boxers advises that it's a good idea to keep the new puppy separate from other pets in the house and outside of the house until the veterinarian has given the puppy a clean bill of health, and completed the series of three shots.

Should this puppy or adult dog not work out in the buyer(s) household for any reason, be it family, health problems, allergies of the buyer(s) or their children, divorce, moving, birth of a child, or non fulfillment of contractual obligations of buyer(s); the puppy/adult is to be returned immediately to the breeder(s) with no arguments or exceptions.

Should the puppy/adult be returned to the breeder(s) for any reason, then this will be done at no expense or cost to the breeder(s). Buyer(s) will pay any and all actual expenses for the return of this puppy/adult to the breeder(s) residence. All monies received for placing this puppy/adult in another household will be kept by the breeder(s).

This puppy/adult is NOT to be given away or sold to anyone. That includes relatives, friends, neighbors, or strangers, unless breeder(s) have been given FIRST choice through buyer(s) notifying the breeder(s) and given the breeder(s) FIRST option of taking puppy/adult back. If there should be a tragedy of the buyer(s) such as a death or physical inability to care for this puppy/adult, then this puppy/adult is to be immediately turned over to the breeder(s). If any part of the above sections comes to pass, then buyer(s) will sign off/over the AKC papers of puppy/adult AKC#:_______________

Buyer(s) accepts full responsibility for proper care of said puppy/adult once it leaves the breeder(s). This includes, but is not limited to:
*Maintenance of a proper diet (Breeder recommends Royal Canin). No raw hide chews or unappropriate toys are to be given to this Boxer at any time. This can result in serious injury or death to the dog/puppy.

*Taking puppy/adult to qualified veterinarian when warranted.
*Keeping puppy/adult up to date on all required shots.
*Keeping puppy/adult as an indoor dog/house dog, and member of the family. *Puppy/Dog is never to be tied up outside or kept outside for extended periods of time.  Nor are they to be kept crated for long extended periods of time. Boxer is to be kept in a fenced yard or adequate exercise will be provided for the dog/puppy.
*Provide adequate training and socialization for puppy/dog.
*Preventing any type of abuse including tie-outs, extended periods of crating without relief, electronic collars or the like, and chaining of dog/puppy.
*Prong Collars: The use of prong collars are not recommended for everyday use and should only be used for training under the supervision of a reputable, professional dog trainer.
*NO ACEPROMAZINE is to be administered to this puppy/adult for any reason. Advise your vet of this stipulation, as this drug has been known to cause death in boxers.
*Boxer dog/puppy will be micro chipped before leaving Clover Castle Boxers, breeder below must be listed as secondary contact in case of the dog becoming lost, stolen or injured.

* If puppy is not spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months of age, buyer agrees to return said puppy to breeder. Unless buyer and seller agrees to not spay or neuter said puppy by the age of six months violates the terms of agreement in this contract and buyers forfeits all ownership of this puppy to breeder. Breeder reserves the right to resell said puppy. Any monies will be paid to the breeder from the sale of said puppy/dog.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully. Violations of this Contract will constitute BREACH OF CONTRACT, prosecutable by law, and may result in mandatory confiscation and return of the dog to the Seller. In the event the Buyer fails to perform any provision of this agreement, the Breeder may revoke this agreement of sale and reclaim possession of this dog with the purchaser forfeiting all further rights to the dog. No refunds will be given to the Buyer(s).

I, the purchaser of a puppy from Clover Castle Boxers, hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of this document. Further, I accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee printed in this document, No cash refunds. No credit refunds.
